The Integrated Policy of FERLATTA, as reported below, has been defined by top management and will be constantly reviewed by it as part of the Management Review process, to ensure systematic compliance with the needs of customers, the market, and the organization. It is communicated to all internal and external company resources through presentations during institutionalized meetings and its dissemination.
In carrying out its activities, the Company aims for business development that takes into account product quality and environmental sustainability. For this reason, Ferlatta relies on an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Energy in compliance with international standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, UNI EN ISO 50001:2018. This document outlines its guidelines regarding quality and environmental protection in order to disseminate and share its principles:

o No workers below the legal minimum age or within compulsory schooling age are employed;

• Apply a workplace safety policy that consists of preventing both occupational and non-occupational accidents and promoting workplace health.

• Promote ongoing development of IT systems to ensure error reduction, efficiency, and identification and traceability of raw materials, components, and semi-finished products.

• Systematically review and update the Integrated Management System Policy when necessary;
• Communicate it and promote its understanding and application within the organization;
